I have experienced a holiday from hell with expedia travel. The first hotel room was described as superior with bath...have never seen anything as filthy, stains on towels, holes in carpet, broken furniture...disaster!!Then they sent us to another hotel...all went wrong as well and it didn't have any of our requirements. Then I got charged for both hotels. That was in April...i have been calling expedia since and they always say that refund is in process and they will get back to me & they NEVER do. Their service is appalling and I want to do something about it - PLEASE HELP!

Go to ABTA they are the regulatory body of the Travel Industry, they will conduct and investigation as long as you have had no satisfaction from the website. Send a copy of the email/letter to Expedia and advise them that you are taking the matter further. They should sharp spring into action as they can face bad press, fines and continued monitoring of their customer satisfaction. I hope this helps you and I am sorry to hear about your holidays. xx

One thing to know is, there is very little in the way of advetising regulation on the internet.

Advertising on billboards, TV etc means you have to abide by certain standards and can't mis-sell things, as you seem to have fallen victim to.

If however, you were given a leaflet or brochure stating such, they woudl be liable to provide said service and failure to do so could see you getting all your money back. Go to the Citizens Advice Bureau.

As for reimbursement of their mistake, demand that refund. I find faxing is the best way as it's fast but written. Note down every time you fax them and mention it in every next fax. After a week, if you have nothing back from them (ALWAYS IN WRITING) fax them A LOT (I faxed my troublesome company every hour) and demand a response. Then threaten legal action, you'll be surprised how quickly they respond after that.

If you want tho change your daily life then this is your guide https://tr.im/A0flY , Manifestation Miracle.
With Manifestacion Miracle you may understand the law of attraction. The Manifestation Miracle does an excellent work of training you merely how clearly you'll need to want anything in order to do what' required to be able to get it. Consider want exactly the same way you would consider a candle. If the candle is burning powerful then you'll force past obstacles in order to get what you want. If the candle isn't using at all, you then won't. Desire is just a using fireplace. Not merely do you have to possess it, but also you have to keep throwing wood about it to keep it burning.
That manual is as simple as it gets and with it you'll be able to start thinking in what' probable very fast.

Try the finacial ombudsman. There is no travel ombudsman that I know off but they should be able to help you. I used them to complain about my car insurance provider and was very satified with the outcome.
