Since cricket is a game of uncertainties, nothing can be predicted for sure about the outcome of a tournament for sure in advance.
In case of World Cup 2007 it is all the more difficult as the World Cup is couple of months away and no one knows at this point of time which players will be representing each country and what will be the form of the players as well as team of each country at the time of world cup.
Hence the safest prediction one can make at this stage is all the top 8 teams stand a chance to win the world cup. Untimately it will depend upon the performance of each team in the world cup

West Indies because the way Lara has captained the odi side its amazing.Remember they have already beaten the Ausies twice this year including the Champions Trophy in the group stage.Besides they have home advantage too.But cricket is a funny game we never know.But I'll Go with the Windies

it will definately be the west indies. it is going to be there home ground. so they have playing at home advantage. plus lara, chris gayle,sarvan,collymore,chandra paul,dwayne bravo and jerome taylor are in tremondous form.
they have peaked their performance just at the right time and with just 5 months left to go for the worldcup westindies are serious contenders to win the worldcup.

the west indies we have home advantage no other team has a chance of beating us in our back yard dem mussi mad.the WI has beaten the top teams in ODIthis year and they are on a high.impossible to beat untouchable australia and south africa a go get beatup straight.BULLET BULLET!!!!!!
