Because little liquor store owners know African American people love to drink, just like every one else. The owners of these stores see that allot of African Americans are just a bit a smarter than others when it comes to the purchase of alcohol,so therefore they go to the liquor store first to get a fade on and then head out to club to get a bit more faded with the outlandishly expensive drinks, like a cranberry and vodka.10 dollars please....Hope this answers your question....Tom Science 4
