roadways are paved path on earth on which vehicles run.
Railways are specially designed for Trains so that only they can use this path and none other vehicle.

roadways r the ones which r laid in thar for the vehicles 2 move smoothly.but railways r the ones which r laid with tracks,sal wood(a type of wood),etc.this is for trains 2 move smoothly.hope u undrestood!

Roadways : these are ones on which vehicles run like car,bus,truck,2 wheelers, 3 wheelers etc.

Railways: these are ones which consist of steel tracks on which our trains run.

well I am pretty sure that a roadway is paved and its for like cars, truck, bus etc.
and a railway is a line of train tracks for trains, amtrak etc.
