Alight in your sense means to disembark so board is the correct antonym, however it also means to descend so ascend would also be valid in certain circumstances.

Disembark is the opposite of embark. Unloading is the opposite of loading. There is no semantic opposite of boarding (unboarding, de-boarding, etc.), but that's not unusual [there's no semantic opposite of stabbing, for example]. The closest is probably "alighting", which technically means to come down from something but is commonly used to describe exiting a vehicle (eg. "please wait until the bus stops moving before alighting"). Unless you mean boarding as in sleeping at an institution where you're also fed (as in boarding school). In which case the opposite of a "boarder" is a "day pupil". Or boarding as in "attaching boards to something", like panelling. Which doesn't have a semantic opposite either.

Board ~ Climb ~ Mount ~ Step up ('into') ~ Vault ('onto' as opposed to 'over') ~ possibly Arise, but the answer might be dependant on the various circumstances.
