Although "shedding" hair is normal, the first thing to do is quite worrying...that can cause excessive hair loss. I had that problem earlier this year when I was sick. My hair and skin suffered during my illness. When I was on the road to recovery, I stop drinking sodas, only lots of water and 100% juices. I also took (and still do) multi-vitamins, B-complex and a Hair, Skin, Nail combination vitamin from my local GNC store. The B-complex vitamins replace what is taken away when I am stressful and is needed for healthy hair (also with less gray). Within one and a half months, there was a noticeable difference. Now, 6 months later, my hair is thick, growing, shed less and full of body. Oh yeah, I also switched to a different shampoo and conditioner which seems to be working also.

If no longer the rest turns up, it particularly is recommended to degree your pH saliva and urine. the two could be around 7.5+. below 7 is acidic, over 7 is alkaline, 7 is impartial. whilst each and every physique is acidic, hair has a tendency to fall out extra. If it seems which you're acidic, you are able to decide for extra alkaline-forming nutrients. yet, you won't choose to cleanse too rapid, for then pollution are stirred up, which the physique had stashed faraway from blood and lymph. cleansing is an artwork right this moment, yet completed impressive it facilitates the physique to heal and rejuvenate. additionally think of of mothballs or insecticides and herbicides sprayed each and each month, even by acquaintances or in a working place. those are noticeably acid-forming! Don't stress about it, it could make it worse.
Sometimes stress alone can cause your hair to fall out, so can having a baby, so can medication.
if you are taking medication for slimming for example ..Stop! It could be that.
Go to a health food shop and get yourself some vitamins for Hair,Skin & Nails. Eat healthly and excercise regularly ... I don't mean spend a fortune in the gym, walking the dog for 30 mins everyday is okay.
It dosn't sound that your losing a major load of hair, but then again I don't know how much hair you had to begin with, and if it's enough to get you worried, then get down to your GP, he can do a simple blood test to rule a few things out.
I know it's easy for me to say but try not to worry about it okay.
Take care

Well, baldness with men is hereditary so they're bound to lose it all one of these days. With women it's not that common, but it's there (my aunt is balding mind you). Losing a hundred strands, well at least you're busy, is not a big a deal. I also lose a couple of strands every day and I still have a head full of hair. It's a cycle.
