Maybe because you just started there?? Dont be so hard on yourself. It will all come to you once you get used to all the condoments.. Relax friend... In the meantime check out all the good looking people that walk into the shop!!!!

When I started at a deli and had to memorize the different sandwiches, I had them make me a copy of the menu that I taped above my station. So if an order came in for a ham and brie, I could glance up and see what sauce and veggies to put on it. After a few days I didn't need it anymore.
It'll come with time. See if they'll let you have a cheat sheet for a week or so, and take it home every night and quiz yourself.

Use Mnemonics. Take the first letter of each condoment and use those letters for other words to make a sentence. Such as the layers of the atmosphere would be Thermosphere, Stratosphere, Mesosphere, Troposphere, Exosphere, which become "The Straight Man's Testicles Exploded."

Here's a bit of advice. #1 - Don't be rude to the customers. Always ask questions if you don't know the answer. Always be early to work. It's better to be 15 minutes early than 1 minute late. Always volunteer for extra work. Let them know you are eager and want to work as much as possible. Always take your job responsibilities seriously. It's called work for a reason.

it is not all that hard you will pick it up in no time ....dont they have a sechmatic (Picture) of how to build each burger ?? anyhow , just stick with it man I think you will be pumping out chicken sandos and whoppers in short order....... Kudos to you for having a job .........
