If you want to save on labor costs, you may want to use call centers in English-speaking countries with lower labor costs, such as India and the Philippines. These call centers will adjust their times to your operating hours, or your can set your call center to 24 hour operation.
Some offshore call centers can even accomodate non-English calls. In the Philippines, other languages and dialects available include Korean, Japanese, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, French, German. It does help that many Filipinos are married to foreign spouses, and their children are willing to work in call centers in the Philippines.

Call centers are used by companies to talk to their clients by phone. Each station has a computer and a phone. The calls may be sales related or customer service resolution of problems.
We had about 500 in a shopping channel that I used to work for.

ever got calls ' do you want a phone, credit card, loan , insurance etc or ""you have been selected for special offer etc " that is what most call centers do . they also attend to your complaints , help desk etc
