Not really a sign of a healthy pregnancy but a normal pregnancy. I threw up for nine months solid with both my sons so I know how you feel, hope it doesn't last that long for you.
Congrats!!

No, not at all! You can have a totally healthy pregnancy and not be nausious. I had no morning sickness at all and had a really great labor and birth and a healthy son.
I do think that, especially early on in the pregnancy, some kind of nausea can be reassuring. At a time before you feel the kicks and stretches, you can say, "Ah yes, I'm nauseous, I must still be pregnant!". Maybe that is why people say it is a sign of healthy pregnancy- not that you have to be nauseous to be healthy, but that it is such a strong symptom that it is reassuring when you have it?

Nausea is a side effect of pregnancy, commonly known as "morning sickness".
This is a question probably best directed to a health professional, anyway, not an online anonymous answer community.

No, with my last pregnancy I had excessive nausea and I had them at 20 weeks.

No not really. They say it is but I do not totally believe that is a sign of anything but that you are pregnant.
