At what cost to society, or at least, a decent portion of good-people who had their lives under control before the casinos came to town? Why can't it get regulated,at least so that one tribes population is such that their casino could let more people win, and not be so greedy. Why does an Indian-american get more than a doctor ,or cop, or carpenter? Most of his money(in most cases) gets spent on cocaine and limos anyway.

We didn't steal their land. We were more efficient at killing than they were. They killed a guy, then went over and kept killing him over and over, skinning him, tearing his body into pieces, rather than moving on to the next one. I'm pretty sure, in Calif. the mexicans 'stole' their land first. It's a question of natural selection.
Earn is a keyword. These native amer. don't earn anything. They get a check deposited in their name and most of them are living check to check. This info comes directly from a tribe member, who said most of his tribesmen ask him to borrow money, because they're broke after 3-4 days.
No, they're not regulated. That's why Nev.casinos can post a pay-out %. All I'm saying is, why not pay those guys half of that,(9000/a month) and give us half a chance, sometimes, to win?
I may be a moron, it's true. These people were born in modern times, though. They're no different than any of us. We all have immigrant heritage that faced .....

"Why does an Indian-american get more than a doctor ,or cop, or carpenter?"

Because this is a free country and any citizen is entitled to earn as much money as he/she can.

"Most of his money(in most cases) gets spent on cocaine and limos anyway."

This is a bigoted, sweeping stereotype.

That's the second time you've confessed your blatant bigotry. Well, at least you're honest; but really, now, once is more than enough. Repeatedly announcing "I'm a bigot!" the way you do is probably not a good idea.

Still, they say that confession is good for the soul. And if the soul is in really bad need of repair, as yours apprarently is, then perhaps repetition is just what you need.

First of all, I only chose to answer this question because I love to pick on morons. Secondly, the questioner is a moron because of his obvious bigotry, and because he makes a statement with no basis in fact.

What makes you think Indian-run casinos aren't regulated? Why would any casino, Indian-owned or not, want more people to win, when losers are the ones who generate the profits? Why shouldn't a casino be greedy, since making money is the whole idea of being in business in the first place?

Indian-American is a stupid phrase, since those who are commonly referred to by other Americans as Indians are, by definition, American.

Why shouldn't anyone be allowed to make more than a doctor, cop, or carpenter? Isn't making the best living possible part of the American dream?

And we'll just ignore the ignorant "cocaine and limos" statement.

Have you ever taken the time to read about the awful things that both the U.S. and Canadian governments have done to the natives? Probably not. People who go to casinos should be aware that the house always wins. If they aren't they're stupid and deserve to lose their money.
I applaud the Natives for beating us at our own game. You can ***** all you want but they are just getting back some of what they lost to the whites grabbing up all of their land.
I say good for them.

What does LDS advise? I teach a classification on Wednesday nights and function been tyring to teach them that issues they do and say count number. issues they say might want to have an enduring effect on others. Adults besides as different childrens. no longer making exciting of others and stuff like that. i tried to discover Bible thoughts the position a persons' moves effected others and had them tell me who all change into effected. Then had circumstances that would without delay relate to them in college or somethig and had them imagine about who all that would want to result. Then said how both were correct. no longer truly an same ingredient yet perchance it grant you with a concept or 2.
