I'm having the same problem with my Huawei Mytouch Q 4g. I woke up to a ton of app updates on my phone this morning and I didn't know why... looks like I accidentally hit auto update.. -_- then in the process of undoing the auto update, I accidentally pushed my genius button (which happens all the time), and it just force closed and crashed..then continued to pop up the force close message box OVER AND OVER every 3 seconds. So I thought since the genius button was pretty much a part of the opperating system, that I would uninstall some of those apps and updates and allow my phone more memory to run correctly... and it didn't help. The pop up kept coming. So I also went into my settings and cleared the data and force stopped it from there. The messages have stopped popping up... but the button doesn't work at all anymore, which sucks. I'm hoping this is a network wide glitch and we havnt all broken our phones. Hahaha

Mine freezes all the time, it's sooo annoying.
I find that you just need to be a bit slower when operating the phone, it tends to freeze when you're doing too much too quickly on it. And once it looks like it might be frozen, wait a minute to see before pressing the same button over and over again in anger- which is bloody difficult, I know, but quite often at this point it hasn't frozen yet, it's just taking a minute to process something, but it freezes as soon as loads of buttons are being pressed.

I had a Motorola V600 that did that, I dont think it can be fixed, I found out later that its a fault with them. Pity as I loved that phone. Take it to a phone shop and ask, It may be yours can be sorted.
