Yes. But you might consider waiting on the tummy tuck until after you are done with babies. Otherwise pregnancy will add back some of that tummy pooch you are trying to get rid of.

Yes, it is possible. Although, I would wait until you are completely done having children because you may feel the need to get another tummy tuck after pregnancy.

~Yes, basically they cut the excess tissue and skin off. I would recommend waiting until your sure you don't want any more children first. Your stomach would more than likely sag again.
