I'd like to get an unusual surprise gift for my husband for Christmas. He's a golf addict but I'd like to get him something he'll appreciate not necessarily golf related. I'd have to if I'm stuck. We,ve been married for 7 years and we set a budget of £30 for each each other. Ideas please!

i think a good surprise gift for your hubby this christmas is a coupon for a number or back rubs and neck rubs and all that good stuff. i think thats a very unusual gift and im pretty sure hell like it. the whole poppin out of a bday cake naked is too tacky.

Well the traditional 2nd wedding anniversary gift is cotton, so I decided that I'm making (well having it made) a quilt out of some of our favorite tee shirts. We travel a lot and always get shirts of where we have been. I'm taking the shirts from our first race together, our honeymoon, our first vacation, his favorite shirt (that is worn out yet he refuses to throw it away), and such. This way, he gets to keep all his favorite shirts, the gift sticks to the cotton tradition, and I know he will appreciate it. My mother is law loves quilting so she's helping me out. Good luck!

Firstly, say a prayer that your husband plays golf. Not only does it get rid of him for a whole day (I sound like a bitter wife - I'm actually a male golfer:-) but it's something that he can play for the rest of his life.

Here's my gift idea: http://www.iwantoneofthose.com/price-search/price-30-to-50/silver-last-rolo/index.html

Produce a baby for him. That will keep him busy with the baby and he will have no time for his golf.
