We have a right to question our government. Actually, I would go so far as to say it's our DUTY.
I think whether a person is "anti-American" or not for doing so depends on the manner of their questioning.
If, for example, a person's questioning involves insults, or baseless accusations, or verbal threats, then yes, they're anti-American.
However, if the questioning is done in a respectful manner, I see nothing wrong with it.

Actually that make u a good person if u r questioning the bad and unfair actions of ur gov toward other ppl.
Thats one of the rights u enjoy for living in a democratic country,dont give up this right ,cause if u do,u r giving ur country for free to bad ppl to control it and control u.
The us now is not controlled by americans,actually its controlled by israel & its jewish looby,so if ppl like u dont speak out against this use & abuse,they will keep controling u,and draging u to more wars that only serve their own interests and not urs(i.e.The war on Iraq didnt serve us interests in anyway,actually it harmed usa a lot,but it did serve israel toooo much,and now they wana drag u to a new war with Iran!!! ).

To question and ponder, to seek the truth when you feel it is required, is your right as an American.
I believe it is the way we choose to ask a question, that can seriously cause one to be misunderstood.
Everyone seems to be on an up-roar with many issues here. I for one am most guilty for this, and if I have offended some here I sincerely apologize. I will watch my mouth, so that my thoughts can get a chance to be expressed properly.

No it does not make you anti american, it makes you more American than the people who blindly follow without question. It is written into our constitution that when our system of government is no longer working for us we must tear it down and rebuild it. Ben Franklin said something about those who would not defend liberty dont deserve it or something.
The more angry you make some of them, the more right you are.

We need more people particularly in USA to question their country's policies and true motives behind those policies.
Unfortunately there is an element in US that does not believe in free speech unless what you say happens to agree to with what they are saying.
Those great American ideals are still unfortunately ideals.
Hopefully freedom of speech will one day be accepted in USA.

No. In fact, you are being patriotic. Those who suggest that you are anti-American for questioning American policy and leaders are themselves anti-American.

Your not anti-american no way. Your entitiled to your own oppinion and your own view. If people dont like your view then the ony thing i can suggest is dont read what your writing, simple.
Same thing goes on over here in Australia, we (not everyone)like to think that our policys are good and great and that if you disagree then your un - aussie but over the past few decades people jsut have stopped caring about other peoples oppinion; just say it and who cares. But you still get they people who try to change you and all you can do is ignore it.

Just hilighting the blunders and slip-ups with human errors of living human kind like you and me who created it without noticing it in planet of apes.
So why don't we spend some time and listen to why the little children were crying like a good old daddy trying to console the little boy.
Instead we were so busy in chasing the great American dreams that soon turn into smokes and ashes in planet of apes.
But we ask the older brother with self lack of knowledge to look after the younger brother.
Instead both ended up in making a mess while daddy were busy out there in Fantasy land in planet of apes.
When mummy came home the house were in a mess in planet of apes.
And daddy say he's working overtime with happy hour in planet of apes

Absolutely not..Unfortunately the American right and other Bush supporters..are offended by two things..1) Not seeing things their way 2) and critics of the current administration. In truth this is anti-American behavior...
In my opinion when they attack a person with terms. you have mention(I have seen worst.) it usually proves you have said some thing true and they cannot accept it..Do not let them get to you...
