There are some computers in my workgroup when i click on them it says "access denied" but it can open from other computers in the same network...

Waht plate form ( XP or another ) you are using?
Which type of network you have?
Is there any network administration policy exist in your network ?
If yes, then it's better that you ask this question to network administrator.

Try contacting your network "manager". It is probably because the network is too busy as other computers are connected. Try doing it when no one else is accessing.

If using XP - Make sure that you have the correct privileges set on the folders, eg . Right click folder and goto properties > security and make sure that their is an account call Users
