While everyone is going to say sex education is important because kids need to learn that they need to use protection so pregnancy and STDs don't happen, I'm gonna say that sex education in schools isn't important. By the time kids get to the age where they are old enough to be taught sex ed, most of them already know what is in that video or in that class. Kids don't need a class to tell them not to have sex, or if they do to use protection. That isn't any help to them. You want to teach the kids to use condoms and responsibility you have a child care class. Instead of trying to scare kids with pictures of nasty STDs, give them something they have to care for like a child. Show them how hard it is to raise a child when they are young. That is far more important than a simple sex education class.
