It is annoying regardless of what time of day they do it...I refer to the blasting of music, as "recycled music" because I get to hear it from someone else's radio...

I'd say so. I'm convinced that this is the real reason deafness is on the increase - not personal audio devices like Ipods and Walkmen. People seem more inclined to play music at excessive volume in their cars than on personal equipment (because in the case of car stereos the risks have been less well-publicised).

nah.. i actually enjoy it.. cant wait to have my own car and i fo sho will be balsting my music all the time...

And oft times the car is a heap 'o sh!t & the stereo system cost more than the car is worth!!!

It is annoying when people blast their "music?" anywhere any time.
It is not good to play music that loud.
I don't think the people who do that are bright enough to know they are not impressing anyone.

I always think that people who do this are like anybody else who wants to impose their views on others. It is simple arrogance.
