I get the dep prorvera injection. You get it once every 11 weeks (it covers you for twelve so you are safe with 11). I always used to forget to take the pill so this is more reliable for me. You should be able to get it from your GPs surgery. The nurse does mine, or any family planning or sexual health clinic. Good luck.

i think the best birth control pill to take is viagra i'm not sure though
