I met Nerys Hughes (Liver Birds on TV) and Mike Batt (Composer and ex Womble), and Dick Vandyke.
They were all quite natural and friendly and although they enjoyed my reference to their TV shows etc they did not wollow in the praise. I had more than 15 minutes with each of them and one of them, because I was doing some work for, invited my wife and I for a weekend house party at which there were another dozen international celebs. We didn't go because we had other arrangements but I am sure it would have been a pleasant experience. I might add that this was long before such gatherings would be fuelled with drugs etc.

I met the gay guy from the B52's, I don't remember his name. I had to make him coffee- he was a total jerk!
I met Macho Man Randy Savage- He was awesome & a little flirty. I gave him slim jims!
I met Tiger Woods working on a Target commercial- he was very nice.
I met Richard Geer- he seemed tired, like he was just on a week long bender.
I also hung out back stage with the band Ill Nino. A friend of mine was good friends with the lead guitarist. They were HUGE men & very sweaty (lol), but super polite and hospitable.

I've met Lionel Richie, John Madden, a bunch of sports guys at an Espy awards party, Doug and Julie from Days of Our Lives, the General from a season of Survivor....that's about it.
All very nice. Well, John Madden was wasted. And I didn't recognize most of the sports guys at the Espy party. I snuck in. They all had big fat rings on!
Oh and Patti Labelle. She sang a song for me! Well, I ran into her in a hotel and asked her to sing for me. She is beautiful!

I've met lots of musicians and they were mostly lovely. Jake from Scissor Sisters stands out - I served him when I worked in a music store and he put me on the guestlist for the band's gig that night.

I met Chris Isaak after a concert in Melbourne ages ago. I thought he was really nice until we were posing for a photo together, he had his arm around me and his hand kinda crept up and touched the side of my boob!

Met David Bowie, he was really cool and friendly.
Yet Jet from Gladiators (anyone apart from me remember her?) wouldn't give me or any of the other five fans an autograph!

I was doing a temp job as a delivery driver.
I was parked up outside a 'cafe rouge' in highgate, when Patsy Kensit told me to "move that F***ing truck"
