Car license: You can use an international license for one year, after that you must have got a UK license.
I'm not sure about the license for driving a bus though, you may well need the UK one for that. Does your international license cover this class of vehicle? In the UK you need a PCV (passenger carrying license) to drive buses - but a lot of companies will take you on as a trainee if you don't already have that.
