if you can get along and be pleasant until then, it would probably be more enjoyable for your children. after all who wants the wonderful present of divorce for christmas? if you can make it a month ish i would say go for it.

Why wait? What a perfect give to the person whom you share kids with. Nothing says Merry Christmas better than being served with divorce papers. Hope things work out for you Eben Ezer. Cold hearted. You are a parent ? Glad I'm not one of your kids, and definatly glad to not be married to you.

If you can't work out this relationship,(your marriage), you won't work out in any relationship.Your children will be hurt,as many children of divorce parents.I know you have probably tried, but take a good look in the mirror,it takes two, but only one to start changing.Love is why you married.

yeah if nothing else out of respect and decency to some one you once loved.
My divorce was finalized on Thanksgiving Day a couple of years ago and I have no idea when or if I will ever celebrate it again. It would not have hurt her or her dirt bag lawyer to wait a couple of months. C'est la guerre

Get your wife "The Proper Care and Feeding of Husband's".
That will help any marriage out there.
I guess you are giving up on your family and yourself.
What a shame. Your kids will not have a good outlook.
At least wait until after the holiday's.
And stop expecting her to change, you need to change first.
Good luck, though.
Sorry to hear about it.

If you have been to counseling and you've tried to talk it out, but it just isn't happening, of course you should wait until after Christmas.
