Im not a hacker or anything and I dont mean any harm its just that my girlfriend has a myspace and some other girl stole her pictures and made another page and has started this whole alternate life, writing really inappropriate things to other myspacers that dont know her... if its possible can somebody please contact me?

you should contact myspace and let them know that someone is impersonating your girlfriend and they should remove that person's account.

hacks.. well there is always a possibility to hack.. no matter how secure the system is ... BUT in your case you have better options ...
simply report myspace for the abuse and they will go for the necessary action.
this is a war on .. she can create a new ID if myspace blocks her and she can get another id even if you hack her account... so do it the quick and easy way .. i hope it serves the purpose.

don't really know but i think there should be a way to do that. but something important is that don't ever start hacking i your life, it is bad and when you abuse your skill it becomes illegal.
