I hear girls make this generalization a lot and I hate it. I actually think about it very little. Days where I don't think about it at all outnumber days where I do. I also have plenty of male friends who think about it very little (I know it's impossible to not think about it at all, being human). Why do girls make that somewhat hurtful generalization?

I also want to mention that I do not masturbate (I have done it 3 times in my life, all over 5 years ago, and I swore I'd never do it again after that).

Ok, to be fair, I have made a generalization in return, so I screwed up there. Anyway if you want to know, when I think about girls, I think about being loved by someone, not about getting laid.

More clairifications: This stereotype hurts me because it make it sound like guys only think with their glands and are driven by animalistic desires. I swore off masterbation because although I will admit it felt good, I just got this feeling it was perverted and it felt horrible having to wipe up and throw away my life force afterwards.

I feel the reason girls/women think this is due to the way boys/men talk to them..I have seen and heard of guys meeting a girl one minute then puttin the moves on her the next...Look all over the internet and see how these young women think they have to dress just to get a guy to pay attention to them..Morals have been thrown out the window...If you and your friends are not like the majority then I APPLAUD YOU..I have met guys around my age that you would think were mature gentlemen but omg no...Sex is all they want to talk about after the normal hello...People have to realize there is more to life than sex..God created sex to populate the earth when two people marry..Then the sex is sacred...I pray that you keep your morals and maybe these girls will find guys alot more like you and your friends..Heaven knows we need alot more like yall...God bless you

There were a few studies a while back that said men think about sex every 30 seconds or some outrageous thing like that. I really don't know how they got their data.
It is true, almost always, in my case, except in a few situations: I'm playing with kids, (but even then I may be trying to impress a woman that I'm so good with children), or after injesting marijuana leaf. I prefer the latter. Actually, I prefer the latter followed by the former. Anyway, it's great that you can experience life with few intrucive sexual thoughts. It's one of the things that drives me to marijuana. Sexual freedom doesn't always mean gratification. I'd be happy just to not want it so much. Count yourself lucky.
But to answer your question, they think of it because sex is one way a sexy woman can control men. So, it's very comforting for them to exaggerate the power they have. Often they aren't too far off the mark.

Sadly its a typical stereotype and has been the way it is because there are many, who have proven it to be true.. Though i dont think that all of the male gender think that way.. No one ever mentions it but there are many women who think about sex alot too. It's just kept quiet.. Theres nothing wrong with you except the fact that you obviously have some reservations and why you are troubled with it, I dont know.. Its cool... Why have you only masturbated so little and vow to never do it again? Was it that bad.. Maybe you have had an experience that has caused you to think of sex as not good or to not think of it at all

I'm a woman and choose to believe that most guys are decent and do NOT think of sex ALL the time. Those who do may have sexual addition. I have a few good guy friends, and I always enjoy their companies. I believe that none of them ever thought about sex for even once when I hanged out with them. But the sad thing is NOT only some women think of guys in this way, some guys have the same mentality as well!!!

You are A-sexual. You have no feelings to others for closeness. You are probably close with your mother. This is not uncommon in males with small balls. Medically speaking you have a low sperm count and have no sexual desires. Your tests show you would be a very good astronaught, floating but focused 24/7 on things you "need" to get accomplished vs thing you "want" to accomplish.
Normal guys are always thinking with thier little head 24/7. You are not normal you are special. I for one want to thank you for trying to make the world a better place to live so I will be able to find a guy to scew everywhere in the Universe who is thinking normally. You know the weaker link :)))

I have to say I DO think most guys think about sex at least part of every day. I tend to believe that is more normal then not. My question to you is this....why do you consider that opinion hurtful. Actually I think it is totally normal. Maybe just a tad embarrassing for some guys, but hurtful?... Isn't that something guys are rather proud of?... oops, there I go again with generalizations....

i have neva met a guy yet that dosnt. lots of times ive taken chances, and thinking, dat maybe dey werent all the same, but ive always been dissapointed! have u any idea wats it like when ur talking 2 sumbody, and dey arent even looking @ ur face, neva mind listning 2 u. try having sum 1 undress u wid der eyes.
