I mean, we know that Voldermort is indeed the strongest Dark Wizard. So does he really need a wand to cast spells?

He does use his wand. When he is resurrected Wormtail hands him his wand. The DLV and Harry duel with wands. Even before that The DLV had to raise his wand to kill the eavesdropping gardener, Frank. But if you remember in book 6 the 6th years begin learning wandless magic which Dumbledore can clearly do, but I've never noticed The DLV doing it.

surely he has to. there is a detail in the story said that his magic wand has the same origin of Harry's wand. Wizard uses the magic wand to control their magic power, and concentrate the power on their target. I think so

Yes, because he's only powerful through the use of his wand. If you haven't read the sixth book then you might think Voldemort is powerful through his own means, but that is false because Voldemort gained his power through spells conducted through his wand.

he doesn't need a wand to cast all spells but some spells are so strong they require a wand, even for voldemort.
