i upgraded to IE7 and regret it, in uninstalled it and still no luck with Google sites. i even downloaded Firefox Mozilla and still can't go to any Google page at all.

Its not clear from your description what happens when you type www.google.com. if I knew the exact nature, then solution could be more specific.
Lets try some general solution:
Rightclick to internet exploter>go to properties>advanced> restore to defaults. Restore all setting to default. Check the restricted site list.
I also recommend install ccleaner(www.ccleaner.com). use it to clean up junk files and invalid registry entries.
Having said that, I still recommend you to install IE7 as it is much better than IE6.
If you like alternate browser, I recommend use opera(www.opera.com). it is fast and best security record.
