My mom just did. It scared me but apparentally she was having a nightmare or something. It was very scary.

Yes. I do. Before I moved out of my apartment last month, the cops knocked on my door at 3 am because the neighbors heard me screaming. It happens every once in a while during times of hightened stress (for me). It is perfectly normal.

My dad used to have nightmares in his sleep every time mom was out of town. She used to leave to visit family every year for a month. That whole month dad would mumble and moan and sometimes scream and we would have to run in and wake him. My parents were married for over fifty years and madly in love until the day Daddy died. He just always had nightmares when she wasn't next to him.

I work at an over night camp and I have seen and heard it all, screaming running laying down , weird angry grunting , punching, two people talking in their sleep to each other,singing, 8 year old girl cussing, yelling gibberish at people walking through a door, one girl looked like she was going through convulsions, rocking back and forth, fighting with their pillow, and the always favorite falling in their dream and waking up with a jolt, hilarious everytime

You mean like wake up screaming from a bad dream? Yeah actually i do know some people who´ve done that before, and i´ve actually done that myself like once or twice...

I did a couple of weeks ago. I woke up to my boyfriend shaking me and looking very concerned, my heart was racing and I was sweating. Not exactly restful.
