Go and talk tot he teacher and the school management and raise all the hell you want. Keep your daughter home and threaten the management that you will report this to media and police and take the school and the teacher to court, if they do not take suitable actions against the teacher. You do not want your daughter to let anyone mark her for life and you have to be the one to set an example of being courageous and fight back.

Ask your daughter what exactly the teacher does and take the necessary action. Get the media or some political bigwig involved in the whole thing if its something serious.

In which country do you live? Teachers should not beat children. Have you spoken to the teacher? Are you sure she is beaten by the teacher?
Find out first. If so, report it to the school's management.
Teachers should not beat children, and children should respect teachers.

You can take stern legal action against both the school and the teacher in question.
I did have that issue, when my daughter was hit with a wooden ruler. I pulled her from that school.

Its a violation of Human Rights to use violence against a child even if it is in School. You can report to the school authorities to take action to rectify this, if that fails you can pull your child out of school or report to the police.
