This is the UK site and we're getting told to go to Wallmart and Costco - Will Americans please stop trying to answer English shopping questions - your answers don't make sense and are no use to us.
In answer to the question, if all else fails, try somewhere like John Lewis or even the M&S larger stores

I've bought some from different supermarkets in the past - try the section where all the napkins and disposable plates/cutlery is. Or what about DIT stores or anywhere that might have a few BBQ bits hanging around?
