I hope you have a few years' riding under your belt. If you're a newbie- nice knowin' ya.

I'd say get your first oil change at 100 miles. You will NEVER have as many tiny metal particles in the oil as you do at this time, so why would you want to break the engine in with all that crap? Love your engine by going up & down the RPM range slowly. Don't crack it open to redline with 10 miles on it, but I don't see the problem with adding 1000 RPM to your "limit" every few days. Just be sure to vary the revs and don't stay at a constant RPM. It pisses off cars behind you, but screw 'em.

Just be careful- that thing is a freaking rocket, and you could be in trouble very quickly.

You asked for advice. Get a GSXR1000. Better for a sunday ride on a curvy road. I mean unless you are w anting to drag race and thats it.
