how can I tell if someone had a vacseptomy done?

I doubt you can tell for certain without asking the guy but there would be a scar on his testicles. But then again there could be a scar there for other reasons.
My ex husband had a scar on his because he had to have an operation because he had testicular torsion (where the tubes going to your testicles get wound up or something and causes great pain). He was still fertile though since we do have a son.
Anyway, why can't you just ask the guy?
Oh & I think you mean "vasectomy".

med record & if the personis honest to tell you the truth also like everything in life a V is not a100 % GUARATEE against preg
I know of 2 men that have V done and the wife & Gf still got preg
without having a reversal (it is rare but it happen)
yes a DNA test was done both time

DO you mean vasectomy?? you usually cannot tell- at first there are tiny little incision marks- but later they are about impossible to see- my ex had it done-D

Ive had it done and I cannot see the incision anymore. The incision was no bigger than this... I

you cant see it, andif they say they had one to get you into bed with them, dont believe it, remember they are not the once that get pregnant
