With all the cartoons my kids watch, it's Spongebob that gets my approval. l laugh a lot when l watch it (lately too much re-runs...hhmmpph). l know some of you will find me shallow, but l do enjoy watching it.

he have a good heart cos no matter what squidward do or say, he was very optimistic about it and he could even have fun with a shred of paper.

There's nothing wrong with an adult liking cartoons. I haven't watched enough of Sponge Bob to give an opinion other than to say initial impressions are good. It looks like a fun cartoon.
So, enjoy! It is the little light things that add variety to what may otherwise be a mundane day.
I am also a big Harry Potter fan!

I love Spongebob too!! Patrick and Spongebob are so funny! I watch it with my little sister, and I think it is one of the better cartoons among all of the others. I like Spongebob's two front teeth. They make me laugh!

I personnally think spongebob should be an adult cartoon there are quite a few jokes that only us grown ups understand I am always laughing at it I have to say I also love Patrick and Mr Krabs

Haha, i think he is adorable. =) Oh but if i may ask, why would anyone think you are shallow just becuz you watch a cute cartoon? If anything it just means you still like the funny stuff we used to watch as kids and there is nothing wrong with that. =)

I think he's really cool. As for finding him cute, I'm not so sure.
Although I do think that some cartoon characters are cute. Some of them are even gorgeous. Nothing compared to the human versions, though...

Kat - cartoons are brilliant, I agree! As for finding spongebob cute, I guess as far as cartoons go, he is OK, but his nose is a bit big though!

i Love spongbob he's so cute and funny he always makes me smile, i love the way he laugh, and the faces he puls, I'm 21 and i love to watch that show. I adore him. That is the best cartoon ever.

It is definately one with a catchy song...
there are worse things out there.
I usted to buy the mad magizine and star taploid paper and make my kids read them out loud to me. Just whatever variety they enjoy. Caused many a conversation about things good and bad and what to believe and not believe. real and unreal.

Dont worry if you like him. My husband is 31 and he lovesssssssssssssss sponge bob. Put it this way his slippers are spongebob. This is one of the things that he owns.
I hate the reruns also. I wish that had new and fresh shows.
