Three things could be happening to you:
1. not taking the pill like instructed to do so might be affecting ur cycle and causing u the cramps and tenderness of ur tummy. by doing that its like u r confusing ur reproductive system.
2. anxiety (thinking u might be pregnant constantly) can also cause u to have symptoms of pregnancy and u might not be. )the mind is very controlling.
3. the moodiness, eat more than usual, tiredness, can be from taking the pill sometimes and sometimes not.
Then again im not a doctor but have experience and best way to find out: there are tests u can buy at Walgreen's, or any pharmacy that can let u know 4-5 days before ur period is due like first response and E-P-T. Simply go to the doctor. If u r Congrats and glad to know he or she will be welcomed with open arms..Good Luck.

I use to be like that always forgetting to take my pill, I never took it at the same time everyday and just plane missing them, and I didn't use condoms a whole lot with my ex boyfriend till I found out I was pregnant. So the birth control wasn't needed anymore then I had a miss carriage due to being on birth control its probably for the best cause I was only 14 but I still wish I had the baby even though how old I was at the time. You never want a miss carriage regardless of your age. But now five and half years have past me and my new boyfriend always use protection and I take my pill everyday at the same time I don't ever want to have another miss carriage again. So if there is ANY possible way you could be pregnant don't take your birth control pills it wont necessarily make you miss carry but it could cause complications if you are pregnant. I would go see your OB/GYN and ask for a blood test there always 100% accurate. Good Luck and Happy Holidays

first off you need to remember that there is nothing that can be 100% effective with birth control, besides abstinence.

most pills are only 75 - 80% effective.

Run to your nearest pharmacy or equivalent store and pick up an EPT test, whatever the result is i would suggest going to a doctor afterwards

if the test says your pregnant, a visit to the doctor can verify this and the doctor can prescribe different vitamins and medications to make sure the baby develops normally and healthy.

if the test says your NOT pregnant, a visit to the doctor can let you know just what might be the cause of these pains...
whatever the cause, a doctor can more efficiently pin point the problem than anyone here on Yahoo! Answers.

If it just so happens that you are pregnant I congratulate you! and I hope that He/She is able to have a chance to see the world as all of us have!!

Good luck and take care!

You could be...if you think you are you need to stop to talking the pill. Also, I used a Clear Blue Easy Digital test 6 days before I expected my period & got a positive...I love that test!
