I think that what would be best is to contact the Gap or some cool shop in the UK and ask for a gift voucher and then pay with Credit Card and ask for it to be sent to the receipients address. Some companies do that you know, that will save $$$ on postage and it will get there sooner. That way he can choose whatever he wants and be happy with his gift.
