doing a competitive pricing strategy,hmmmmmmm- it going to be based on the product-if you have a good product that's going to sell, then quantity will make up the difference in price.

Not sure exactly what the question means, but generally the lower something is priced the more units will sell, especially if your price is below competitors for comparible quality.
