Sit ups, less soda & fattening foods. You can do sit-ups in bed, like 10 at a time, then rest, then 10 more, rest then 10 more. That means you did 3 sets. If you do this for a month straight, you'll see slight results. Just imagine if you push yourself a little farther every night!

Stop drinking soda and lay off the sweets. Start Walking and doing Crunches everyday.

cut back on all carbs no bread no sweet, no rice , no sodas, no greasy food no fast food no shity food . eat salads 1/2 chiken breast for lunch or dinner , fish you will lose very very quick. i have lost 45lb in 1 1/2 month iam 25 NO EXCERSIZE o
