the only thing i can think of is to open your audio properties and Mute your mic and also your Cd player

You may check the audio cable connecting your
PC and speaker, there may be any loose contact.
You may try changing the connecting cable.
Also check the power supply to the amplifier, wether
it is working properly or not.

do u have COCKROACHes in ur home? lol it can be it, my friend had the same problem so he opened the speakers and found those insets livin there, or maybe it is just broken dude, buy new speakers, what about tryin that huh? good luck, oh yeah and check and clean ur audio card, u gotta maintain ur pc clean u know, it gives u trouble when is dirty,

could be a driver problem/
search for google or yahoo the audio device you have like sound blaster or realtek or something like that or search for audio drivers trouble shooting steps

the speaker membrane might just have torn or gone bust. but most likely it is your microphone too close to your speakers
