My girlfriend has lieukemia and I support her with all my heart...?

but we haven't had sex in almost a year. If you were her, would you be understanding if I slept with someone else only for sex?

no. Either break up w/ her because she won't have sex or don't do it. If she physically can't you need to discuss this issue w/ her

not at all you are supposed to be there for her in all times, sickness and health and this makes it clear that you do love her but unable to stand her sickness
