My hotmail on my Jamin screen is always on inbox,thus exposing all the messeges and I can't log off.

go to your menu, select memory option (should be in the same area as Power options), and shut down your running programs from there. I have an i-Mate that is a few years earlier than yours and had that problem too, you see, just because you quit out of a program doesnt mean the phone has shut it down. it uses up useful resources and is a pain in the @ss, because you have to manually force things to shut off, through your memory option.
a quick re-set might work too, by poking your stylus into the hole at the bottom of the phone for a cold reboot. DONT hold the power button at the same time unless you want to re-set the entire system and wipe the memory back to basic 'as new' mode
