Tomatoes! That is if you are not allergic to them!!!
Basically all you need is a tomato! Tomatoes are acidic and contain potassium and Vitamin C... This is actually excellent for oily skin.
Cut it in half and rub the halves on your skin.
Leave the juice on for around 15-30 minutes. This way you will let it soak in the juice until it saturates into the pores.
Wash your skin with warm water first, then wash with cool water. This closes pores and helps keep bacteria from spreading. Dry with a soft towel (pat dry, because rubbing can spread bacteria, causing pimples).
Good Luck ;-)

An Ayurvedic powder by the name "Trifala Choorna" is the best I have observed. My daughter had the same problem and she tried this. In few days, she exclaimed, "Dad, you can be a multi-millionaire, this powder has done miracle you see". I replied, "I am not interested in becoming multi-millionaire, I just want to see you happy and healthy".
This powder should be mixed with plain water to make it like a paste, apply it over the skin and keep it moist till the time you can remain at home. Wash it while you go out. Also rub the same powder over the face while taking bath and avoid milk products in the diet. Milk is the best medium for growth of numerous bacteria which cause pimples. It is not an expensive powder and available anywhere in India.

first thing is to wash your face, put toner, pimple gel and moisturizer. Repeat the same thing at night. Do not wash more than 3 times as you have oily skin. Always remember try not to touch your face as much as possible, bacteria could stay on your face and lead to more pimples. if they don't go away in a week's time, consult your dermatologist for more advice, your pimples could also be due to hormone changes.

Try washing your face with a well-recommended scrub of some sort. Use warmer water and do a thorough job of it. Then get really really cold water and splash it on your face. It may sound painful and annoying but it closes the pores so it is harder for the oil to get into them. Drinking lots of water helps too.

Well, you are what you eat. Try to drink more water and less beverages that have sugar in them. Try to cut back on eating sweets or oily foods such as french fries. Try eating more vegetables and fruits. Try to wash your hands before you touch your face. Wash face with face washes that contain salicylic acid. If that doesn't work for you, try Proactive.
