There's nothing as -273K. You obviously meant 0K or -273C. Right?
At this temperature, the energy of the molecules in matter is so low that their intrinsic vibrations is also stopped. So the temeprature cannot go below that. That's why it's called absolute zero.

if a substance reached this conditions, all of its moleculars would stop their thermal motion. the substance may be broke into single moleculars. However, it is hard for us to make an experiment on this case, so maybe no one can know what would happen if a substance reached this condition
