i like this guy who is married.it seems like every time we meet socially he is into me but doesn't say anything yet.i am confused.i don't know what to do.please advice.

What is it about the word "married" that you don't understand? What difference does it make whether he "is into you" or not? He has a wife, he has kids, he is nothing but trouble!! Forget him and find someone who is a least capable of making a commitment.
If you don't want a commitment then pick up guys at the bar or wherever but don't make some woman's life you don't even know, hell because you like her husband. Spare the guy, his wife, and his kids a lot of suffering by NOT getting involved with him. Have some mercy!!
