Just so you know, her jaw locks "wide open" not closed.

Talk to a dentist about TMJ. It has to do with your jaws. I just crack mine sideways and it helps.But there are things that a dentist can help her with and you can be helped.

She should see a doctor. She might have TMJ which affects the jaw. Or it could be something else. Only a doctor will really know.

She is doing it wrong. Tell her to quit using so much suction with her cheeks and use her tongue, lips and her body to move up and down... She is using too much neck and jaw action... Tell her to slow down, she'll get it... and be patient, besides Practice Makes Perfect!
