could be heavy bleeding. clotting when having your periods is natural. Don't panic. Unless you have a valid reason to think it's a miscarriage. Go to a gyno if thati s the case. But miscarriages that happen in the first few months of preganancy pass unnoticed. And your age. God, ppl have babies in their late 40s so it's not menopause. But seriously, just ask your mom. Those things sort of run in the family.

Blood clots can indicate miscarriage. It also can be heavy monthly periods. I went through menopause and have not had any blood clots.
If this is a real problem for you, You must go see your doctor soon.

At the age of 28, i doubt menopause. If you are pg, yes it could be a miscarriage. Or you could be having a heavy menstrual period. If you are pg, I'd be heading for your Dr., the fetus may not completely expel. (sorry)

menstrual blood clots? i don't think so. sometimes the discharge is just clotty.
