I would think a man would be way more inclined to take it than women, because men rarely want unplanned children and women have been using the "oops, I forgot to take it" excuse to get pregnant for years. This pill is a Godsend to men and our courts, because now women will not be able to trap guys into marriage or paying palimony like they still do today. From what I understand, it is a pill unlike female birth control... it does not need to be taken every day like "the pill" does to control her menstual cycle... it can be taken hours just before sex, like Viagra or other such pills.
Please note that this pill will not prevent any STDs, so most likely it will primarily be used bi monogamous couples/partners.

The only way to effectively monitor a birth control pill 's use is to place the pill between the knees of the user. If the pill drops ,it isn't working anymore.

No. I would not. I don't think they would use it. If a man is really serious about not wanting children, he should get a vasectomy. And even if a man told me he had a vasectomy, I would still not trust him unless it was a long term relationship and I knew him well.It is so easy for a man to just walk away, he is not the one having to be pregnant for 9 months, not to mention the horrors of childbirth.

Only if I give it to him every day and watch him swallow it down. And then do the mouth check like they do in mental hospitals to make sure the nutters take their meds.
Lol. No, I wouldn't trust a man with something that could permanently affect me. No, sorry.

I'd rather them have a shot every three months. I can't see a guy remembering to take a pill everyday.

That you have to ask the question tells us that you wouldn't.
People lie, forget, have other reasons for what they do. He may really want to be a dad, and doesn't want you to put your career, or your partying, ahead of that wish.
If I were me I wouldn't trust me to take any medication, no matter what it was for.

Probably not. He's better at saying "I'll do that later" than actually remembering to do things. Besides, he wouldn't quite have the same things on the line that I would, being my body rather than his that would bear the consequences of forgetting.

i would trust my husband to take it, but it's not something that has to be taken on a daily basis. if it were... i doubt he'd remember. but i use a different method of b.c. anyway, so no pills for me!
