Ask your boss about it. If you just started perhaps they haven't done the necessary paperwork to pay you or some of the direct deposit information was incorrect. I'm guessing they told you they'd pay you Thursday (as today is thursday): usually that means at midnight between Thursday and Friday. It could be a miscomunication

The posting just hasn't hit at the bank.I assume you're talking direct deposit here, great, but not instant.Wait 24 hours.
