Well, isn't that what we're doing right now? Traveling through time? Living in the 4th dimension as it were?

There's a general trick for visualizing higher dimensions, and that's by using lattices. A simple exercise starts wtih a single line, which is periodically marked. We call this 1D. Then we move that line sideways in another direction, drawing new lines at the points where the first line was marked. That's 2D. Doing this again gets us 3D, and it's very easy to do it again to get 4D, and then 5D, etc. Now, we can get interesting with this exercise. Instead of moving the lattice in a straight line in some direction, we can do a loop and come back. That produces something that has one compact, or bounded dimension instead of an unbounded one. You can do this any time of times and any order. By this means, maybe you can get some idea of how to visualize the 6 compact dimensions of string theory, in addition to the 4 unbounded ones. Unfortunately, however, the 6 compact dimensions of string theory are those of calabai yau spaces, which are really complex 3D spaces, which takes a bit more effort to visualize. Why don't you make that your next question?

The 4Th dimension is time.A body with 4 dimensions cannot exist in real world cause it will have the ability to travel through time. This means that the body could go into the future or past.It is believed that some microscopic particles have this property.

Well imagine 11 dimensions, because that's how many there are. Be ready and well to understand the theory that is The String Theory. Look it up and get back to me. be well, Jack

Go watch the twilight zone.
"There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man..."
Might as well check out the episode "Little Girl Lost", about parents trying to recover their daughter when she falls into another dimension. Actually a pretty cool episode.

Take photos of a child every birthday, and arrange them in increasing order of age. Then the direction of sequence shows the direction of flow of time (4th dimension)

entropy is always increasing. if you take a photo of the same scenery completely the same i mean even with a tiny time interval the one that is old"" will be the onw with less entropy. so entropy can be a measure of time. you actually live in amore tha 3dimenios world. in order to move you change your space co-ordinates but is takes you time to do so. the vector of time is not directly realisable but you can always feel it.
imagine a timeless frame would be like consideraing a space indifferent frame.

Try this:
Close your eyes, block your ears, block your nose, stand very still, but keep breathing....where are you? You are getting close to the fourth dimension.
Where does your mind go when you are asleep?....The fourth dimension.
