Whats the meaning of the dream?.?
i had this dream where it seems so real about me quarrelling and it was so sad that i cried in the dream .. when i woke up i continued crying till also a few minutes before realising that it was a dream .. has anyone encounter this?

Yes, I believe I had realized that I had not had a good cry in quite a while. I believe this is a physical dream relating to when your tear ducts become full or irritated. Once it gets triggered you start crying, even when you are sleeping. So if that happens while you are sleeping you will start to dream about crying. Then when you wake up your tear ducts will still be clearing. Its a chicken/egg kind of thing. You were crying before you were dreaming.

yes, in fact, i know several people (women and men) who have had this happen to them. because you don't give the specifics of your dream, i can't tell you the meaning (plus, i believe the dreamer is the only person who can fully understand/figure out the meaning of their dreams). so crying in dreams and waking up crying is completely natural--though it may be a sign of stress. not to worry, crying actually removes some of the harmful chemicals created when the stress hormones kick up. no need to cry 24/7. find some ways to relax (meditating, journaling, etc.) if you continue to experience this, if you have the cash and time--shrink. if not, i think a general practitioner may help with meds.

I used to ALOT!!! I had a big prob with my ma that I couldn't settle so my dreams showed me that I better start to say something. Stress will cause dreams.
