I have heard that giving oral to girls can lead to oral cancer . Can you please tell me is it harmful for our health?

That is a a false rumour. Oral sex is fine as long as neither person has open sores in the mouth or on the female genitals (or male penis).
If you have a cold sore on your lips you can give Herpes Type I to the woman, so avoid it then.
If you enjoy receiving oral, then it is only fair that you give it to her. So wash well, be monogamous, and if you are too worried you can use a dental dam, or square of rubber to be between your mouth and her genitals.
You won't be harmed if the girl is clean and has no venereal diseases.

If you are both clean, healthy and monogomous--it should be ok.
