My last actual period was the week of sept 15 and my situation occured the night of oct 6. Since then i have not had my period. I have taken multiple tests and went to planned parenthood and had a test done there. I am in college and i wanted to save myself for marriage but unfortunately i was highly intoxicated at the time and didnt realize what was going on. I was ashamed and still am about the whole situation. I have told 3 people whom have all been there for me but i never reported it to the police and i am still worried and dont know what to do. I dont have a car at college so its hard for me to get to planned parenthood to get blood work done and im embarrassed about the whole situation. I had spotting around oct 17 which is when i should of got my period but it was gone 2 days later. Then around nov 10 i had spotting again but no period. it is now nov 30. what are the chances that i am pregnant? shouldnt it have shown up in the 5 tests i have taken by now. PLEASE HELP!

True. Stress can stop your period from coming. Not getting it only makes the stress worse, and so goes the circle. Most likely the tests you have already taken would have showed a pregnancy, if there was one, which I don't think so. Any how relax, before you know it Aunt Flow will come for her visit.
Try not to get that drunk next time, keep your faculties in check, know what you are doing and where you are at all times. Make a pact with a friend that you don't leave each other during the "party" for any reason. helps to keep each other outta trouble. Take care

Some colleges have health departments which offer free pregnancy tests. Of course, colleges are money-grubbers and don't always make services like this the common knowledge that they should be.

While I can understand why you think you might be pregnant...and unfortunately, you very well might be...please also be aware that anxiety and stress alone can knock out your period for a couple of months...this happened to me after a very rough break-up.

Also, be aware that there are plenty of options available to you. You do not have to carry this *******'s child unless that is what you want to do. Adoption, abortion, and keeping the child are all possibilities. This is almost always a painful decision, and my heart truly goes out to anyone experiencing it..

I am sorry that you were raped. Even if you were intoxicated, though, it was NOT YOUR fault. You have absolutely no reason to feel guilty, sweetheart, and it would probably help you heal if you could talk about it with someone. Most women who go through what you did don't go to the police with it, unfortunately. If you make the decision to go to the right people with this, it would absolutely prove to me that you are incredibly strong and brave.

What happened to you was wrong, and it was not your fault....this extra drama just makes it that much worse.

Stress could be a major factor in your missing period. You should also have a full work-up to check for STD's. Do NOT be ashamed or embarrassed, this was not your fault. You may want to contact a rape counselor. Good luck dear. As for the morons above ignore them. If you are pregnant only you can decide what is right for you. And that man (if you can call him that) is a predator.

Stress can stop your period for a month or more. It used to happen to me with regular frequency.

You absolutely need a medical exam. There are many diseases out there and you need to find out early on if you need treatment.

You really should report this incident to the police. Whether you were intoxicated or not, that gave no one the right to do that to you. You have no reason to be embarrassed, you were the victim.

Now the next part of my advice is coming from a mother's heart. Please, please call your parents so they can come help you through this and make sure you get the medical attention you need.

Agree - Stress is a factor.

Buy a pregnancy test, honey - they are over 99% accurate and then you will know for sure.

DO NOT be ashamed - this is not your fault. You sound like a good girl who ran into a very bad man.

I was raped twice - once at 12 and once at 22. I am so happy now, at 38, that I am living proof that we can be tough enough to get over what guys do to us. Set your mind at rest now -- I really doubt that you are PG - and cooperate with the police to bust the bastard that did this.

Hang tough.

if you have not had a blood test to determine you first step would be to go and get that done. however if you are majorly stressed about the whole situation you need to calm down first. no one will blame you it is just crap like that that happens that make the world a crappy place at times. after you have a test done you should seek some counseling to help you deal with the situation regardless of the outcome. it may help you deal better in case you are pregnant.

secondly if you are just remember while you didn't ask to have a baby the baby didn't ask to be made and you should make sure to take the next step and find out who the father is so that the baby will be better able to know who it is when it is old enough to need to know.

Regardless of how it happened its not your fault you really need to call your parents & tell them you need them now waiting any longer will not help the situation. If a parent isnt available go to a female proffessor or call your local rape criss chapter. Please dont wait any longer.
Just to let you know 3 blood test ddin't tell I was pregnant, & he was my third child each persons body is different. Also if you are spotting it could be an epatopic pregency.
May God Bless You

First of all I'd like to say I'm sorry you got raped. Second I don't think you're pregnant I think the whole situation probably stressed you out so you didn't get your period. Try going to the doctor when you get the chance and tell him/her what happened.

You need to call your GYN or go see the nurse at your college and explain to her the situation. This is a hard question to answer without knowing the facts. You need a doctor, honey.

I am sorry to hear about your situation though. I wish all the best.

1) Stress can cause all of the things you've listed here, relax first. you've been through a lot, dont add your own worries to it

2) Go back and see another doctor, trust what he tells you, and then see #1 again. RELAX.
