extra virgin olive oil and salt. I'm allergic to everything else and wind up with migraines. Mayo has too many calories, so i avoid it, and I hate mustard and ketsup, but I do like spicy mustard, so i guess that comes after olive oil. No calories, and no headaches and vomiting like bleu cheese or vinegar will do.
